RENTAL POLICIES
Damage Deposit and Insurance Fee
A Damage Deposit MUST BE PUT on a Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express). For Snowmobile Rentals, the amount is $2500.- per machine and a mandatory $20.- insurance fee. For sleds, you will be liable for any and all damages of up to $2500.-. Damages above that amount are covered by your insurance fee.
Rental Procedures
All Rental Equipment is subject to pre-payment. Your snowmobile will undergo an inspection with a mechanic before and after your rental to ensure that the machine leaves in proper condition and returns the same way. You are required to be present for that inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is one week in advance, or a $150.00 per machine will be charged. This also applies if sleds are returned full days early. Cancellation fee for Gear Rentals are half the price of a full day rental, per day cancelled. We are not responsible for changes in weather.
Reservations
Credit card number is required to confirm reservations, but no charge will go on that card until the day of the rental. Credit Cards must be presented by the Card Holder. To use somebody else's card, a Credit Card Authorization Form must be filled and signed. For reservations please contact us.
No Show Reservations
Reservations that do not cancel and do not show before 11 am will lose the reservation and will be charged for the full day rental.
Rental Times
Snowmobile rental pick-ups start between 8:00AM-8:30AM on your first day of rental and must leave the shop by 10:00AM. After 11:00AM your reservation will be deemed "no show" and the policy above will apply. Your sled must be returned by 5:00PM on the last day of rental. If your machine returns late, a late fee of $100 per hour will be charged in addition to any rental charges.

All prices in canadian dollars plus applicable taxes. We accept Cash, Cheque, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payments.
All clients, guests and participants are informed of the risks and dangers, including death and injury, associated with guided trips and/or snowmobile and equipment rentals. You will be required to read, understand and sign a waiver, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement to participate or rent.

Minimum age for driving a snowmobile is 16 years. Minimum age for signing the waiver is 19 years. Any participant who is under the age of 19 years needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order that decisions made will include the wishes of the parent or guardian who will sign a waiver in the name of the minor participant.
